Free clinic ticket check
Veterinary books cleanup. Split the Saturday ticket.
Four taps. Visit, bath, medicine and shelf each need a line.
Four charges on one afternoon.
Your Saturday split is ready. Where should we reach you?
How the Saturday split works
- Name the buried chargeFour taps. We learn whether the bath, the bottle or the shelf item is hiding inside the exam.
- Bring one SaturdayA single ticket is enough. Share the screen on the call. A year of slips can wait.
- Leave with the splitWhich of the four needs its own line, and whether payday setup or the return comes after that.
A split, not a rate
The check names which charge got mixed into another and what one Saturday has to show before a return or a sales-tax filing. It does not print a tax rate. The state where the clinic sits publishes that list, and the list moves.
Payday stays on the provider the clinic already chose. We set it up. We do not run payday, and a web page cannot finish the return.

Is the ticket check free?
Yes. The video call is free. If a cleanup follows, the price is written down before it starts.
Do you quote the sales-tax rate?
No. We keep visit, groom, medicine and shelf on separate lines so the filing can follow the list your state publishes. A percentage on a page would be wrong the month that list changes.
Will you run the clinic's payday?
No. Payday stays with the provider the clinic already runs. Setting that provider up so it agrees with the books is part of the work. Processing the pay run is not.
Who looks at the ticket with me?
Steven Palmieri, a Tax CFO, on a video call. Sorting a clinic afternoon is part of that work. The practice is not a CPA firm, and an audit or attest report is a separate request.
